Policy

Currently Standard Shipping is offered Worldwide at a flat rate per order based on the quantity of items purchased.
All our apparel are Print on Demand, which means they will be printed specially for you once your order has been confirmed.

All apparel products are printed and shipped directly from our partner facilities in Australia, USA, Canada, Europe and Japan. The facility that fulfils your order will be chosen closest to your delivery location to provide you the fastest delivery time possible.

Depending on your location, delivery can generally take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days, or longer for more remote locations.

As soon as the product leaves our possession and goes into the custody of the shipping agent, we lose any control and the responsibility transfers to the shipping agent.

As soon as tracking numbers are available, these will be emailed to you.
It is not possible to cancel any orders after they have been placed.
We do not accept any responsibility for any delays that occur after a shipment has been collected from us by the carrier, as shipping delays are completely out of our control. All our shipping expectations and guidelines are based on normal shipping times issued publicly by the carriers. No refunds will be given for any delayed deliveries that are the result of delays in the shipping process.

In the event that an item is sold out after you have paid, we will promptly refund the amount for this item to you. If the sold out item is part of a larger order, the refund for the sold out item will not affect any other items in your order. These orders will be processed and shipped as normal.
