Policy

Change of mind:
We do not offer refunds on orders for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. Please get in touch before returning any items so that we can discuss the best resolution for your situation.
Wrong address:
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed:
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
No refunds will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes customers ordering the wrong size, style, or colour.
All our apparel are Print on Demand, which means they will be printed specially for you once your order has been confirmed. Our satisfaction guarantee is for your peace of mind.

This means that we will promptly issue refunds or replacements for orders that are defective in any way, undelivered, or if an incorrect item is shipped.

If a return or exchange is requested pursuant to these guidelines, we will review the request and determine if a refund or exchange will be given.

Refund/exchange requests must be made within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. You are responsible for returning the item to our returns centre.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
It is not possible to cancel any orders after they have been placed.
We do not accept any responsibility for any delays that occur after a shipment has been collected from us by the carrier, as shipping delays are completely out of our control. All our shipping expectations and guidelines are based on normal shipping times issued publicly by the carriers. No refunds will be given for any delayed deliveries that are the result of delays in the shipping process.

In the event that an item is sold out after you have paid, we will promptly refund the amount for this item to you. If the sold out item is part of a larger order, the refund for the sold out item will not affect any other items in your order. These orders will be processed and shipped as normal.

According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore www.nrgised.design reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion. This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore www.nrgised.design reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion. This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
